Applecake

Peel good tasting apples, core them and cut them in halfs. Boil them with vine, lemon, cinnamon, sugar and some water. Mix 15 yellow parts of eggs and 10 white parts, 25 "tum" sweet cream, 8 "tum" heated butter and 8 "tum" flower. Put the apples in a baking dish and add the mixture. Put some vanillasuger above and then bake it in the oven until ready.

1 "tum" = ca 0,25 decilitre.
