Bjärecake

600 g boiled potatoes, 200 g grated raw carrots, 1 egg, 1 decilitre of milk, 2 decilitres of flower, 2 teaspoons with sugar, 3 teaspoons with salt, some peppar.

Smash the potatoes and add the carrots. Then add egg, milk and flower. Finally add salt, sugar and peppar to your taste. Heat a frying pan to medium heat and heat some butter. Then put in the mixture and make it flat and lower the temperature some. Let it cook for about 10 minutes and then turn the cake and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Serve it with bacon and lingonberries.
