Carl Johan Sanglert MA

Calle Sanglert is specialized in landscape history, GIS and remote scensing. Currently working as a historical geographer at Malmö Kulturmiljö with landscape analysis and cultural landscape management.

Also involved in a research project on the structure and origin of power in the Ätran valley, Halland, during the medieval period.

Education:

Archaeology (Archaeological science) BA 1995 Stockholm University

Geography MA 2000 Lund University

The degrees include:

Medieval archaeology, prehistoric archaeology, quarternary geology, physical geography, social and historical geography, GIS, remote scensing.

Previous experience:

Archaeological fieldwork at the Swedish National heritageboard and the Museum of Jönköping 1997-2001

Archaeological/geographical survey in Zimbabwe during 2000 and 2001 (joint project by the Swedish National Heritage board and the National Museum and Monuments in Zimbabwe).
